Incredible Teamwork at Tim Hortons I recently witnessed a very upsetting situation at this Tim Hortons, where an elderly customer was being extremely rude and verbally abusive to the staff. Despite the disrespect, the team handled everything with calm, respect, and professionalism. The big guy stood his ground with quiet strength and kept things under control. washroom was closed for 40 mins, my kid want to go washroom badly. no body was cleaning still they block entrance and put sign for cleaning. I request yo staff but they were very rude
Rude staff and messed up orders.
One of the worst Tim hortons I go to. The workers are so unbelievably slow I see five of them just standing around laughing and one getting something for customers. The drive through line extends throughout the entire plaza as the workers are so terrible, when you go up to the speaker to give your order they just say hi and when I tell them my order they don’t say anything and nothing appears on the screen below or anything.
