I recently ordered a sandwich from this location and was disappointed with the quality. The lettuce in my sandwich was visibly discolored with dark and blackened areas, and it did not appear fresh. It was surprising that this was included despite its condition, as I expect basic food quality standards to be followed. I’ve had better experiences before, which makes this especially disappointing. I visited a Tim Hortons location on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, for the first time and attempted to redeem a TellTims survey offer. The receipt stated 'Enjoy any French Vanilla hot chocolate or iced coffee for $1,' which I understood to mean any size. Worst Tim Hortons I have been to no exaggeration. Waited 35 mins for a coffee, while I was there I saw many miss orders or people waiting just like me, and this is constant. I have seen this many different days I have gone. They need more staff and a better system, they are getting too confused with the orders in person and on app. I know it's for students but they should still be respectful of people's time, I could have driven home to south oshawa, brewed a coffee, and driven back by time they made mine...
THE WORST tim hortons i've ever had the displeasure of visiting. in the line for like 30 minutes. ordered a cookie that they didn't check if they had which they didn't. sat waiting for a BAGEL for like 20 minutes. didn't have my bagel after a while and i spoke up and it was sitting there on the counter for god knows how long. they didn't cut it in half, it was cold and stale. i can't believe how bad it can be when there's 8+ people behind the counter. the only reason this place has business is because we are students and thi... read more
