Staff works tirelessly to serve customers. I have never seen them complaining even though its busy all the time . Lot of respect for these employees.
The service and attentiveness of staff SUCKS! Staff are RUDE! I asked kindly for 2 cups of water and the associate gave me 2 cups of water both different sizes I said can I get them both the same size and she threw a fit and grabbed it aggressively from and threw in the sink! Absolutely awful! The PNLY reason this place is still running is because of students needing coffee and teachers and Cafe not open earlier! Save your money!
Waited 20 minutes to get my single muffin, nothing else 😑 yeah it was busy but it's as if they were ignoring my order. Since everyone else got there stuff. I had to leave mufinless since I didn't have time to wait another 20 minutes.
The old people might come off a little rude, but they are actually competent enough to know how to make food properly. They don’t even know how to wrap a wrap I just got a rectangle with nothing but the stem of a tomato. Go to the Tim Hortons at the cfce they know how to make basic food and are really nice
Took more than 20 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich after I ordered it. Absolutely horrible service. Don’t go here if you value your time.
