I came here twice tonight trying to correct my order. I ordered an XL French vanilla and was given Hot chocolate instead. I went back, they apologized, and gave me hot chocolate again. Whoever keeps messing up orders this bad needs to be fired asap. It is now almost closing and I’m not sure it’s worth it to go back just for another hot chocolate that I didn’t even ask for. So frustrating.
I really wanna give this a higher score, but I simply cannot with the many disappointing visits I've had at this Tim Hortons location. Almost every visit, I have to wait upwards of 15 minutes for something as simple as a donut or hot chocolate with today being the worst. Me and a friend decided to grab a quick bite to eat after working all afternoon, he ordered a frozen lemonade and wrap and I ordered an iced capp and donut. I eat here a lot and I like the food but the service is extremely slow and bad. My friend and I ordered at the same time it took almost 45 minutes for them to get to my order after I walked up and asked several times.
