This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. The staff was extremely rude and completely unwilling to accommodate even the simplest of requests. I asked for my quencher with more flavor and less sparkling water, but the cashier flat-out refused, claiming they "cannot" make any modifications. On top of that, I also requested less ice in my drink, and again, they denied it without any explanation. To make matters worse, both my coffee and quencher were not even filled to the top. Today in early morning I showed survey code receipt and the old lady at front said she doesn't know the code so she can't accept it and said this looks from last month code. I m not going again
Whenever I go here , the line is ridiculous. I’ve waited 30mins for food and a coffee . The kiosk is always out of order . There are 2 older women who do the cash and are extremely rude , never have cold brew , Never have ice coffee but will make an iced latte . I honestly think they’re too lazy to make a cold brew or iced coffee . It’s a very popular item why not keep it in stock ? Also I’ve seen food hit the floor and they pick it back up and send it out to whoever ordered it .
