The line is always moving incredibly slow, even when there's multiple employees wandering around. I've waited in line for over 30 minutes, only to be told everything is out of stock on many occasions. They never have the product to make sandwiches, their ice caps are only available half of the time, and they never show any indication of what is out of stock. Didn’t have anything we ordered in stock and had to wait extra time, even though we ordered on the app. The food literally gave me food poisoning I doubt they check dates on the food. Been feeling sick since eating here save your stomach the grief and go somewhere else
I ordered an Egg and cheese wrap in the morning. But I got wrap with meat and there is no contact number to call and discuss the issue. I purchased and went, now I am not able to eat the food.
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. The staff was extremely rude and completely unwilling to accommodate even the simplest of requests. I asked for my quencher with more flavor and less sparkling water, but the cashier flat-out refused, claiming they "cannot" make any modifications. On top of that, I also requested less ice in my drink, and again, they denied it without any explanation. To make matters worse, both my coffee and quencher were not even filled to the top.
