For the most part this part is pretty good for a food service building in the school but I really don't like how disrespectful and mean some of their older staff (Specific management I think?) treat the younger staff (or perhaps new?) members it makes the interactions feel tense and unwelcoming at times. I understand it's a stressful job but that isn't an excuse to treat anybody like that. I wish them the best.
This has to be the slowest Tim Hortons. Every time I come here, it takes them so long to serve a customer. Secondly, every other order I’ve made here has been wrong or not properly done. My bagel had so little cream cheese, it’s unbelievable. Maybe they need to do some training at another Timmie’s.
Utterly disgusting 🤮🤢 Noticed a bug in my Iced Capp as I was almost finished. fortunately I didn’t drink the bug. Blows my mind how something this like can happen. Do better.
The line is always moving incredibly slow, even when there's multiple employees wandering around. I've waited in line for over 30 minutes, only to be told everything is out of stock on many occasions. They never have the product to make sandwiches, their ice caps are only available half of the time, and they never show any indication of what is out of stock.
