Without a doubt, this is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited. From the moment I walked in, everything was on point—the food, the service, the speed, and especially the atmosphere. I ordered their new Supreme Stacked Sandwich (which I highly recommend), and it was prepared quickly and tasted phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. I have ordered oreo mocha ice cap which came after 20 mins , ( I had to remind them ) Extremely poor service .even they give wrong order to me .I dint realize until I taste it as I have ordered for my daughter .so when I went to one of your associate he showed unnecessary attitude.
Love the customer service! Asked me a question, proceeds to put his hand in my face and tell me to shut it. Then continues minutes later like nothing happened. I called him out for it, laughed at my face. No idea who the employee was but he was wearing “leader” shirt.
