Long wait times are due to a bunch of kids goofing off, rather than actually being busy.
the customer service here is HORRIBLE. they cut you off at the speaker, tell you to pull forward but then keep speaking to you, then once you get to the window the lady hands you all your things at once, says “thank you have a good day bye” and closes the window in your face. no time to even respond to her. i go here almost every morning and this has been a reoccurring issue. i work customer service and i dont think this type of behaviour is proper to paying customers
