Poor service. Found staff to be talking to each other and not fully focused. They are not courteous or welcoming at all. Cleanliness is also an issue. This is not the 1st time I had this experience. Must be at least my 6th or 7th time. That's why i prefer going to Windfields' Tim hortons branch.
No cleanliness at all. Staff has lots of attitude and they don't serve well at all. The stares that they give, the looks that they give, it all makes me feel so uncomfortable. And it's not just one off thing - I experience this on every visit. Atmosphere and cleanliness is 0. Please train the staff here (just in this branch) to be courteous and not give weird stares to customers.
Tim Hortons is alright, but I’m giving it 3 stars. The place isn’t always the cleanest sometimes the tables and floors could use more attention. The employees are usually nice and respectful, which I appreciate. One thing that bugs me is how inconsistent the drinks can be some days the coffee is perfect, other days it tastes totally off. It’s hit or miss, but still a decent spot if you’re not too picky
