Service is absolutely horrible at this location. Sunday night around 8pm, ordered 2 med chai teas 2 m 1 s, 1 sm steep Tea 2 milk 2 sugar, and med ice capp. Pulled up to the window, got the order wrong. I verbally repeated again face to face at the window. Paid $11 when the lady brought the order it was tottaly wrong again!! they made All sm teas, the ice capp was correct.. Worst service ever. Too much rude .They dnt care or value your time.wait 20 minutes for order and them they start taking order from other side.12 employes working but all worthless.went on saturday around 1.22 pm .worst location and staff. Looks like poor management as well .never suggest to go and surely will be a formal complain of unprofessionalism as well
