Great Atmosphere and Customer Service. Employees are friendly and respected,
Went to this Tim’s in person and was waiting for 15 minutes just for someone to take my order. I saw four employees and only one work the drive thru while the other three is laid back with no care in the world even looked at me straight in the eye. Bad service and lazy employees. When I asked why I had to wait they answered with attitude and lied saying they were “working”. Never coming back again.
I had an excellent experience at Tim Hortons. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and very efficient, even during a busy time. My order was prepared quickly and exactly how I wanted it, which really showed their attention to detail. The coffee was fresh, hot, and had that classic Tim Hortons taste that never disappoints.
