Always an unpleasant experience with the staff recently, everyone seems like they don’t wanna be there and it reflects in their work. Although the guy Zeeshan I believe, is super nice and deserves the recognition.

Brought a small cafe latte cold in size small,this is how they give it to the customers,are we paying for ice?
I ordered my coffee and soup.the guy who was in the counter is Mark. He made my order fast and fresh.i appreciate that he is smiling and very friendly.the atmospher becomes welcoming.he was suggesting a donut and I tried it.it was good.i wish there's a lot of "Mark" in the food industry.
Mark provided good customer service. Good job to the whole team.
