Really friendly staff and food was also very good

The service was unacceptable. I ordered an Iced Capp with chocolate syrup, which is my usual order. However, the staff member filled nearly half the cup with chocolate syrup, completely ignoring standard proportions. I clearly asked her to use only a small amount, yet she repeated the same mistake without making any effort to fix it. Being busy is not an excuse for disregarding a customer’s request. There was a worker who was coughing and sneezing all over the food which was very disgusting, and she was not wearing a mask nor was she sanitizing her hands after. Extremely disgusting behaviour. Do better Tim hortens.
