There tea is literally not hot most of the time
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Service Worst food quality experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. This kind of careless service degrades the reputation of the entire brand and leaves a negative impression on customers. I ordered a chai tea latte early in the morning, and in their rush to save drive-thru timer seconds, the staff didn’t even bother to froth the milk properly.
