Great environment.. store was clean.. team member were working hard.. I ordered ice chai latte with extra vanilla shot with espresso shot .. I knew the order sound weird.. manager explained me chai latte doesn’t come with espresso.. the way he explained me really impressive but I need energy shot in my chai latte after explained him he made the way I want it.. Really appreciate .. high recommendation to come here n enjoy the products💕
Not sure what's up with this location lately. They refuse to customize my friends orders to her liking. All I've asked is for espresso and a shot of vanilla in an iced Chai latte and they have refused twice. One evening they allowed the vanilla, but not the espresso? Every other Tim's allows this customization and I'm sure if I ordered thru the app its an available option. Wondering why its an issue or if it's just a certain evening staff member that is refusing but its a bit frustrating.
