i don't mean to be that person who writes a negative review. but i had an experience awhile ago and im honestly disappointed:( i ordered a large iced coffee with extra cream and no sugar they gave it to me with sugar. no big deal! human error i politely went back up to order again/swap it and the lady yanked it away looking angry even though she made it wrong so idk what she was on about so 30 minutes passed and still no coffee (keep in mind it was dead inside) so i went back up and politely asked about my coffee. the lady ... read more
