Horrible service. Waited in rhe drive through with no one in line for over 5 mins. No order taken. Drive to the window where two female workers began speaking in Indian and laughing, then closed the drive threw window while we attempted to order as their speaker was clearly not working. Extremely rude behaviour and we left without ordering.
Every time I visit this Tim Hortons location, I’m impressed—not just by the quality of the food and drinks, but by how clean and welcoming the space is. Pretty good overall. Staff were great. Food was nice and the place was pretty clean.
I had a very disappointing experience at your drive-thru. A mistake was made with our order, and instead of approaching the window to clarify or apologize, the staff member removed her headset, yelled that she had given us what we asked for, and refused to remake the order. She then slammed the window shut in our face. We could hear her yelling from our vehicle, and she never returned to resolve the issue.
