I tried twice now, over the last 3 days, to get a coffee with almond milk, and they don't have any. 2 separate locations, both out of almond milk. It's not a good look for a "Canadian" company...
I stopped by Tim Hortons during peak lunch time, so I expected it to be busy, but the service was mediocre at best. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the whole operation felt slow and dysfunctional. Even though it was a rush, the line stretched all the way to the door, and it took way longer than it should have to get my order.
