The dirtiest, most disgusting Tim’s I have ever been to. Tables dirty, flies and other bugs flying around, hand dryer in bathroom broken, bathroom filthy. Absolutely gross!

Absolutely disgraceful service. I ordered a coffee and 6 of the new Harry Potter donuts through Uber Eats, and all I received was the coffee. Not a single donut - over $15 lost for items that simply never showed up. This isn't a one-time mistake either; every single order I've placed from this location has arrived incomplete, with items missing that I paid full price for.
