Another classic case of a broken cappuccino machine.
I ordered a scrambled egg and cheese wrap, but they added sausage without asking. I don’t eat pork, so this was really disappointing.
It took more than 10 mins for a mobile order for a tea and a donut. Nothing was ready at the mobile pickup counter when I arrived. I had to line up queue to ask for order and then they started to prepare. There were 7-8 staff in the store at that time. No Maple Butter Glaze when Timmy is promoting/advertising it as a new product even though I ordered it. It should be made unavailable to select on the online menu when it is out of stock. Terrible experience.
I was sitting in tims for over 1 hour , service was good but very disappointing in 1 thing , nobody came out from behind the counter and CLEAN the tables and swiped the floor, 1 guy actually came out just to push the chairs 🪑 in , but didn’t clean tables and floor, disappointing cuz it wasn’t busy , i had to wipe off the table myself
