The team and management is so friendly and knows me by name always have a lovely experience here. I only go to this Tim Hortons!
I came in this morning to get a coffee and was very disappointed by the staff’s attitude. While taking my order and processing my payment, they acted as if I wasn’t even there. They didn’t even look at me when handing me my coffee. This level of indifference and poor customer service is unacceptable. At the very least, customers deserve a greeting and basic eye contact. After this experience, I don’t plan on coming back.
