Today my boyfriend went through the drive-thru and placed an order for two Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowls and one Habanero Lime Chicken Bowl, plus two large Blackberry Yuzu drinks. However, we received three Habanero Lime Chicken Bowls instead of the two Cilantro Lime ones we ordered. We tried calling the restaurant several times, but no one answered the phone. It’s really disappointing because the food was not what we wanted, and there’s no way to reach anyone to fix the mistake.
