My first time hitting this location just in the area and it's been a long time since I had a bagel made perfectly but they didn't. It was so good and the drive-thru lady was so pleasant and nice to talk to. Wish I lived closer so I could visit more

I ordered chi tea, I got coffee instead and It took a long time for my food to be ready. They missed it. I informed them three times. But lady at the front counter was nice and respectful.
