I recently visited Tim Hortons and was disappointed with the service. I ordered a French Vanilla Double Double, but the employee seemed uncertain about the order. she asked if I wanted double sugar added. It seemed like she wasn't familiar with the menu or didn't understand my request.The employee was distracted by a phone call and seemed uninterested in helping me.
