Great experience at this Tims. Had my coffee and chicken wrap prepared nicely. Great service by Makija, Tanveer and Muskan as they already know my coffee order.
Had a really poor experience at this Tim Hortons drive-thru. The girls working there were more focused on gossiping than doing their jobs. They didn’t take the order correctly, and as a result, I received the wrong items. Service was not only unprofessional but also very slow. There’s clearly a lack of attention and urgency from the staff, and it shows in both the accuracy and speed of service. This location seriously needs to improve in every aspect—staff training, order accuracy, and customer service.
Worst service ever at this Tim Hortons. The girls working here are busy gossiping with each other instead of doing their job. Zero focus on customers, zero professionalism. They take orders wrong, move slow, and act like they don’t care at all. Honestly feels like they don’t even want to work. If this is the kind of staff Tim Hortons is hiring, no wonder the service is going downhill.
