Ordered everything bagel with butter and herb and garlic cream and coffee. Cream cheese is barely there. The staff were very rude, didn’t hear when we asked for sleeves, closed window before even we could speak. This is not how customers want to be treated. Disappointed. Not coming again.
Best drive thru service at this location all thanks to Yogi! Wish all Timmy’s drive thrus had their own Yogi. She makes it so we have a great start to our morning while we order.
I just had one of the worst experiences ever at this Tim Hortons location. The staff clearly have no sense of professionalism or basic customer service standards. The girl at the drive-thru was extremely rude and arrogant. Instead of taking my order properly, she told me to stay at the order-taking area until she gave me a hand signal to drive up — apparently because their “window time” matters more than treating customers with respect.
