The coffee always taste burnt other Tim Hortons. Say that’s because they don’t clean the machines properly. Customer service is borderline acceptable one of the for Tim Hortons. I deal with from Kingston to Brampton.
Customer service is terrible and the slowest servers I've ever experienced in a Tim Hortons! They're 90% focused on drive-thru and 10% counter. My personal advice is have one person on cash register and the other's are making food, because they take your oder and walk away from everyone else waiting
