I mostly come to this Tim Hortons for donuts, and they are usually fresh and taste good. The location is quite spacious, which is nice, but it always seems to be very crowded. One thing I’ve noticed is that they often seem short-staffed, especially during busy hours, so the wait can sometimes be longer than expected. The staff who are working do their best, but having a few more people during peak times would definitely help. Honestly, this might be the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve gone through the drive-thru 4 different times, and all 4 times they got my drink wrong. Every time, I ordered a Vanilla Cold Brew, and every single time they gave me a Vanilla Iced Coffee instead. What makes it even more frustrating is that they never once told me they didn’t have the Vanilla Cold Brew. They charged me for a cold brew and then served me something completely different.
