I order the large coffee and one of time Hortons staff member gave me medium when I told her to change the size she spoke with me very rudely and behave with me so badly.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at this Horton location. During my visit to the drive-thru, I encountered two entry points, which opened . When I attempted to place an order, I was informed that they were not taking orders due to a system closure. Furthermore, when I asked if I could purchase a coffee, I was told that it was not possible. The lack of service provided was subpar.
