I waited 10 minutes for a single drink, only to be handed the wrong order. I left out of frustration, but they still processed the transaction and charged my points. Completely unacceptable.
Service is so fast and staff is very friendly Taste and quantity of food and drinks are perfect!
Staff here is awesome. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Sitting area is quite good for office work. This is My favorite timmies to go.

Very pleased with service with smile and fast service. Food was great Specially on Friday Aug 8,2025) morning. Being Jain I had limited choice of the food Tims has to offer. However the staff name Bharati helped selecting right food for me and food and beverage was excellent. I wish Tims have more choices of food for vegan and Jain customers. Atmosphere was good but because of busy Friday morning, tables were bit messy.
