I often went this tim hortons and they provide good food and quick service
I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. The staff were more focused on joking and laughing with each other than serving customers. My order was messed up, and when I tried to address it, one of the employees dismissively said, “Okay, bye.” When I called to speak with a manager, I was shocked to find out the supervisor was the same person who had been giggling and hanging out the window with staff as if it were a social hangout. I waited 10 minutes for a single drink, only to be handed the wrong order. I left out of frustration, but they still processed the transaction and charged my points. Completely unacceptable.
I visited this Tim Hortons on Friday evening and had a great experience. Krishan, who served me at the window, was excellent. He’s clearly an experienced worker who knows how to treat customers professionally and with respect. I highly recommend everyone to visit this location — the staff here are truly amazing.
