I often go through the drive-through… Their machine with the total is always broken… And if something is not ready immediately, they ask cars to drive up - I’m assuming so it doesn’t record how long people are actually waiting.
Literally the worst tim Hortons for accuracy and speed. Early morning workers are slow, incompetent and chit chat with their buddies at the D/T window whenever there's no managers around. The coffee is always lukewarm, which tells me its been sotting around; definitely not '20 minutes fresh' as its supposed to be. Its just out of lazyness.
