I ordered an iced coffee with oat milk. It should only contain ice, coffee, and oat milk. Please train your staff not to add syrup or sugar unless I specifically ask for it. I order this drink all the time, and I know that it does not normally come with caramel syrup or sugar. If I want sugar or syrup, I will ask for it. If I don’t mention it, please do not add anything extra or make your own assumptions about what I might want. Thank you.
