Mistakes happen but twice in 6 days is clear incompetence. I used the drive thru at 6:30 pm on Monday night to order a 'slow roated chicken habanero wrap' only to arrive home to find a fried/chrispy chicken wrap...i made a tuna salad for dinner and drove to Tims the following evening to retun the wrap. Drive thru experienced was abysmal, placed my order and was told to wait one moment while others were being catered. Davis drive tim hortons has a rough neighborhood and still treats you better, plus they make it better food wise.
The young girl behavior was bad and not friendly at all, as if someone is forcing her to work, she seems so annoyed, she was rushing me and not letting me speak as what I want to order because of which I have to change my order and I end up ordering something which I don't like, VERY SWEET TIM BITS
