I had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude, especially the girl taking orders at the front. Her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming, which made the whole experience unpleasant. Customer service should be much better than this. I hope management looks into this and improves staff behavior.
SHAME!!!! I ordered the “Supreme Stack” at Tim Hortons in Newmarket, expecting something at least remotely similar to what’s being advertised. What I got? Absolutely nothing even close. The only thing that matches the ad is the colour of the bun. Where is the “stack”? Where are the layers? Where are the three cheeses you promise? I can’t even find one. I love this tim hortons. They are pretty quick in the drive thru. Super friendly employees. My go to before work!!!
