Those crews in drive thru even remember my favorite items that ordered in past! They are really kind and energetic!
We live just down the street and have been going to this Tim Hortons for years but recently something has changed, and not for the better. Wraps are sloppily put together or missing ingredients. They stopped carrying sour cream glazed donuts (which, in our opinion, are the best kind). Not sure if management is aware but it’s turned us away from continuing to frequent this location, which is a shame!
We went through the drive-thru, and this visit actually stood out to me more than I expected. Tim Hortons is usually pretty average in terms of quality and overall experience, so I wasn’t expecting anything beyond that. But this time, everything was actually above what I was expecting.
