It’s week one of roll up the rim and they ran out of XL cups. Didn’t realize until I got home and called and they said “sorry, we ran out, thanks for calling, goodbye”. What?
Order dark roast around 4am. I asked the order taker about coffee is fresh or now. He told me it’s fresh. When i tried its full of bitterness. Come back to drive thru again explain him it’s not fresh, instead of serving me the fresh coffee he started argument with me. I asked for refund he told me he doesn’t know to refund an order. He gave me refund with cash amount for $2.10 as i paid $2.40 for large coffee. Funny was zero customer service, zero in mathematics, but 100% in argument and having 100% attitude for customer.
