I am from Saskatchewan and I have lived in Edmonton for 15 years and I forgot how nice most everyone is and especially the Canadian Brand Tim Hortons in Edmonton they are ARROGANT, RUDE, AGGRESSORS, they Back talk and are extremely BELIGERAINT BUT it was so nice to feel that I, as a customer and former manager of 2 Tim Hortons that I got a WOW EXPERIENCE A shout out to Sherwin treated me so well with his easy going and his social game was 100% on point made me feel like I should move back to Saskatchewan. Ordered medium dark roast dbl dbl with a shot of espresso and once again I was charged for the espresso shot and never recieved it. If you don't care, why do you bother showing up? Or is pressing a button really that difficult for you??
