I went to this store around lunch break busy time, I saw two guys near in the employees only station, keep calling the guy( maybe they are friends) who works in the store. The worker stops and keep chitchatting with them when there is a long line up. When you work in a food industry this is unacceptable. Tell your friends not to bug you in your working place. Wait tell you are done with your shift or the store is not that busy. Store owner needs to check their employees. And the tables are dirty. Garbage are full.
Why can't this location make a decent cup of coffee? This morning we decided to put espresso shots in our coffee in hopes that it will taste stronger and better, it didn't. And the kicker? They charged me for the espresso but didn't put it in our cups. 3 medium DD's with espresso shots had no espresso in them. Every single coffee purchased here has been weak, unappetizing, and just awful. Teach your staff gow to make a pot of coffee, it's what you sell, supposedly.
