Best Tim Hortons to go to in Durham by far! The team is so friendly, they know my order when I walk in…they even know my voice at the speaker! Inside is always so clean, the lady that does the cleaning is such a sweetheart. This will always be my go to Tims, simply amazing.

I ordered a mobile order of two cookies and the customer service was horrible. The order takers wouldn’t serve me and when I went to the mobile order side of the counter the employee was rude and told me that I had to reach across the counter to the employee side and retrieve my own order cause she was bagging an uber bag. Then she loudly made a snarky comment to one of her fellow co workers. I work in the fast food industry and I would never treat a customer like that.
