idk who this woman is but i called the store to enquire about something important, this woman picks the phone up and starts yelling instead of talking normally like a human being, I was shocked and i still was very clam and asked the lady if she could repeat what she said cuz she was yelling for no absolute reason, and this woman goes ahead and hangs up on me. The old lady carol was being demeaning to me and seemed racist couldn't even smile at me and seemed fed up and her tone was very rude. This is not okay and she should be fired.
I was in to get my morning coffee on Wednesday and I was greeted by a lady that seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She was really rude to me and seemed like I was bothering her. I was the only customer there at the time. I asked her and she did not even listen to me she ignored me and started making annoyed faces at me. she didn’t greet me properly didn’t have a smile on just an overall horrible experience. I would not recommend anyone to go here. Customer service down the drain.
