Carol is nice woman I love her service
idk who this woman is but i called the store to enquire about something important, this woman picks the phone up and starts yelling instead of talking normally like a human being, I was shocked and i still was very clam and asked the lady if she could repeat what she said cuz she was yelling for no absolute reason, and this woman goes ahead and hangs up on me. This happened around 2pm. This is absolutely diabolical, how on earth can this person still be employed, cuz from what i have read off of the reviews, this is the same... read more
The old lady carol was being demeaning to me and seemed racist couldn't even smile at me and seemed fed up and her tone was very rude. This is not okay and she should be fired.
