I recently ordered a couple iced Capps and a peach juice from the 1818 Dundas location but we drove away without the juice by accident. I called them on the off chance that they might be able to do something about it; be it a refund or to be able to grab the juice on my way back through town. I'm pleased to say that I received the absolute BEST customer service from Cheryl (I apologize if spelling is wrong) but she was able to sort the whole thing out, quickly, pleasantly, and painlessly. It's rare these days for front facing hospitality staff to be as friendly, welcoming, and helpful as Stephen was to us today. Tim's staff don't have easy jobs but Stephen is a good one and I'd keep a hold of him as long as I can if I ran this place!
Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. The quick and friendly service, combined with the clean environment, will definitely bring me back. Highly recommend this location!
ordered 2 coffee instead of scanning my tim card she asked for debit card then said she couldn't scan the tim card. also went to drink my coffee and it tastes like old coffee. not at all happy
