Great environment and super friendly staff. Would return
I was very disappointed with the service I received at the drive-thru this morning. I ordered a medium protein latte, but was given what appeared to be a small latte poured into a medium cup. The cup was barely half full, which is unacceptable for a paid medium-sized beverage. As a parent with a young child in the car during the morning rush, it was not feasible for me to park, take the baby out, and go inside to have the issue corrected. Been coming to this Tim’s for years. The team is very friendly and always seem to be having a great time at work. Always have big smiles on their faces. Drive thru line always moves quickly, inside as well. I bring my family here on the weekends and the inside is always clean and the vibes are great. Great job to this whole team!
Nice staff
It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that I've gone to this location for the entirety of its life, as I live nearby and even worked there as I began college. So I'd have every reason to say that this location is wonderful. All of it came down to the customer experience, where the workers were timely and personable.
