Tim Hortons is an amazing atmosphere to work in, and the food is always fresh as well as the coffee. Tea and Coffee brewed every 20 minutes, veggies sliced fresh in the deli area. The employees are very kind and helped me understand how to make each drink..
UPDATE: Nothing ever became of this complaint, no one followed up all I got was a “sorry this happened”. Bffr. To this day I still haven’t stepped foot at this location. This location is convenient from where I work so I’ve visited often. After today I will be driving to a further location so that I can avoid this one entirely. Most of the time my order is wrong or cold. I don’t think they keep decaf going as much as they do regular coffee but it is really gross to get a coffee that isn’t even room temperature. Excellent store layout, with lots of room inside. Long drivethru with double lane so you don't end up being stuck out on street waiting. Staff if fast, friendly and experienced.
Great customer service, they had a Camp Day event today and it was very welcoming my kids got their faces painted. Love the staff and I think the restaurant is under new management you can tell the difference its like day and night. Love my timmies
