Workers are insanely slow with the easiest tasks even when there are no customers. Was myself and one other person, The guy left a cash register to go make a bagel. Meanwhile I was telling him I'm just here for a donut and he obnoxiously ignored me. When he finally allowed me to pay for my donut, he walked into the back room for several minutes instead of handing me the donut 💀
Very disappointing experience at this location this morning. There was a 30-minute wait for breakfast items, and after placing my order, I was informed about 15 minutes later that they were out of eggs. A little while after that, I was told they were also out of sausage. If an item is out of stock, why are customers still able to order it in the first place? I visited this Tim Hortons location today and ordered a coffee and Timbits. Unfortunately, the employee who was preparing my order was mopping the floor right before handling my food and drinks, without washing his hands in between. This is completely unacceptable and against basic food safety and hygiene protocols. Because of this, I had to leave my order behind without taking it. I strongly urge the management to train their staff properly on food safety and hand hygiene.
Before Giving Orders they don’t know who’s this order belong They give me wrong order and while returning the order back the actual person come to me and saying why you took my order.. Waste of time at This Location took alot time for a Wrap and coffee
