Excellent customer service along with amazing food and coffee
My favourite Tim Horton's owing to the outdoor tables. Everything else is just the usual mediocre Tim's. You know what you're getting most of the time, expect for occasional poorly made Americanos and the odd food mishap.
In the past month I have had 2 employees here go above and beyond, exemplifying true customer service. First employee realized some of my expresso did not fit/make it into my coffee. She brought it to the table I was sitting at. Most people would have left it and done nothing. Second employee today, Nathaniel saw me coming and he knew/remembered my order and literally had it ready as I was walking up to the counter. Gotta say, you have some gems working at this location. Thank you.
