If you serve breakfast till four, make sure to have the ingredients in stock till four. A waste of time to come in because of a limited time birthday coupon. I left with something I didn't even want just so it wasn't a waste of a trip.

Windows gross......can hardly see through with all the hand prints on the glass 🤢 Walked in for Service. Reminds me why I do drive thru whenever I can. Zero organization. I placed my order. Cashier did not mention rewards program and when I asked about it he told me it was too late. Told me to go "over there" for my order pick up and then when I did I was standing in the way of another customer while they were trying to place their order at another register. Multiple drinks. Warning - drive thru scammers. Gave my mom a gift card for $20 for her birthday and the guy in the window told her it only had .98 cents on it. Then when she asked for him to check again he said it had $2 on it. She left the drive through and left the card there. I wish I knew and went with the receipt.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS TIM HORTONS!!!! I went in and purchased one of the weekly deals and specifically said I am paying cash for it not using my points. I am paying cash. So what does she do she takes my points (1300 points) and takes my cash. It happened 3 times. They won’t give me my points back either even though it shows I paid cash.
