Stopped by Tim Hortons today and was really impressed by Dev’s service. He was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. Dev is always polite and quick at the drive-thru window and speaker. He makes the experience smooth and pleasant every time. The store itself is very neat and clean, and the whole staff is super friendly and welcoming. You can tell they care about their customers.

Dev, in particular, is super polite at the drive-thru—both at the speaker and the window. He always greets with a smile, speaks clearly, and makes sure the order is right.The service is fast and the place is clean every time I visit. Even when it’s busy, the team stays calm and keeps things organized.
