Terrible customer service. Placed a mobile order, and upon arrival the food was visibly sitting there on the counter but out of respect I figured id wait to be acknowledged before grabbing my order to ensure they are aware it is going to the correct customer. There must have been 7 people standing around trying to pretend to look busy because there was not a single person in line and not a single car at the drive thru but not one person came up to acknowledge me, including the manager.
