Sumitra and anjali both are good, kind and provide good customer service
I had a very disappointing experience here. I politely asked the staff to toast my croissant, and they simply refused without offering any explanation or alternative. Instead, we were told to leave. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a place like this. I would not recommend it.
Hi I am student at cambrian and there are two workers and the service is not good they are very rude to us. This is not a good thing. Because we are very polite to them.
Very poor customer service. Two staff members were extremely rude when we simply asked if the cheese in our burger could be melted. They made faces and insulted us, which was completely unnecessary. When we asked about our order, they were again mean and disrespectful. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy.
