This place was just renovated, but has lost its coziness, but removing the corner stuffed seats and replacing them with hard chairs. The staff is working hard, but someone is not managing and training them properly. Very little attention is given to people inside the venue and mainly are helping the drive through. Either their priorities are wrong or they don’t have sufficient training and oversight.

The service here was awful. We waited half an hour for potato wedges. Zero communication between staff members, rudeness and lack of care towards customers, and overall an astoundingly horrible experience. Neglected to tell us about the wait time until we had already waited for our order for fifteen minutes. Girl who took our order was sweet, but rest of staff was careless, and even outright rude. Do not buy wedges here unless you want a thirty minute wait, awful staff interactions, and a barely full cup.

My friends and I went through the drive-thru. She ordered 3 Vanilla Iced Coffees and 6 craveable chicken ranch wraps, 2 of those wraps without tomato. Instead of what we ordered, we got 2 chipotle craveable wraps and all 6 wraps without tomato. We also asked for extra cream and extra vanilla in our coffees, which we didn’t get. we are highly unsatisfied with what we got.
