It's a Esso location so it is about convenience over atmosphere. More limited selection in display case.
I don't understand how these people with poor English can do this job. This morning, in such heavy rain, I was shouting my mobile order number and name out loud through the drive-through window, repeating it three times, and the people inside still didn't understand. Rain soaked me through the window; the entire driver's side was drenched. If your English isn't good, please improve it instead of wasting customers' time and getting me soaked in the car!
Tables need cleaning, Hearst Tim's give off an anti English. Or so I felt, not a fan, customer was friendly.
Don’t go inside. They will run 10 cars through the drive thru before even taking your order. And after waiting 15 minutes to order with only 1 person in front of me they wanted me to get something else due to a 4 minute wait on the item. Obviously I ordered it anyway, what’s another 4 minutes when it takes 15-20 just to order?
