Ordered an ice cap and after being asked is that everything I asked for a breakfast sandwich to which the employee responded “okay drive up” to then hand me my drink and “have a nice day” pretending I didn’t order the sandwich, and when i said I ordered a sandwich I get a “we don’t have those here” I said oh you didn’t tell me this and the employee goes “ok” and turns away without letting me order food like I clearly wanted. This could’ve been a 10 second fix for me to order something else without the attitude.
Its time hortons or the pc optimum shop? They don’t take scan and pay. Its just like a wow
The person working the register at night is so incompetent can’t understand anything it’s RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! Ordered a small coffee 2 cream 3 sugar, had to correct her 3 times at the intercom to which she started getting aggressive with me for some reason no idea why and at the window I still ended up getting the wrong coffee SOMEHOW!!!! I should I also add that it was just me at the location so there wasn’t even a possibility of messing my order up with someone else’s.
