I came in last week and ended up waiting over 15 minutes for my food. While I understand that delays can happen, what really stood out was the way the older employee, treated the staff. She was yelling, slamming things around, and speaking to employees in a way that was completely inappropriate. I would like to report an incident that occurred at one of Tim Horton drive thru , july 23 rd 2026 at 6:54 am I ordered a double-double and a triple-triple. When I placed my order, the employee got frustrated responded by saying they could not remember my drink size every day.
