I am writing this review in hopes that the owner sees it and takes it seriously. I recently went through the drive-thru to order two coffees and a bottle of water. What should have been a simple, quick interaction turned into a very disappointing experience. When I pulled up to receive my order, I was handed a bottle of Coke instead of water. Excellent coffee and steeped tea.
I just wrnt to the drive through and was giving the order and I wasn't sure so I just changed the order so it was a guy who was taking order asked very rudely that are you sure this time..if the Curtis unsure he or she can change so this tim hortons should improve customer service very well and inform the staff to behave good with customer and on the windows tried to tell him still he was arguing with us..very bad experience
