Always the same at every Tim Hortons
I've been going to this Tim Hortons location so many times I've lost count, strictly because of its convenience. However, my standard order of two coffees with less cane sugar is consistently ignored. I've let it slide multiple times, but when the error became a regular occurrence, I finally spoke with the manager. Although things improved briefly, the issue has returned and my instructions are once again being disregarded. One of the best Tim Hortons locations I've visited! The staff are always friendly, hardworking, and welcoming. My drive-thru order was ready quickly, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious every time. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained. The owner and team do an excellent job providing great customer service and making customers feel valued. Highly recommended! ☕
