Was told there's a 5min wait on fresh eggs for my breakfast wrap, no big deal, went and sat down. After 6-7mins the eggs finish so I get up and come to the counter. They put the eggs on the wraps and realize there's no more sausage now. Another 8min wait while my eggs get cold sitting on an open unfinished wrap. After waiting they say "sorry is bacon okay, we haven't made the sausage yet?" All workers avoid situation till it's over with and customers are all angry for the wait. I’m actually pissed at a girl who pick up my call. Very rude to me somehow I try to tell her that you guys missing my orders I have croissant orders of 3 and all missing, I just got my coffee. All I need is to get my croissant when I passing by and they won’t do it too they just ask skip the dishes.
