Went through the drive-thru and the staff were quick and efficient, making the whole process easy. The location is clean, well-maintained, and delivers exactly what you’d expect from a Tim Hortons. Not giving 5 stars since it’s a standard franchise experience, but 4 stars is a good reflection of consistent service and reliability. ☕
This Tim Hortons always does a fine job with food quality accuracy and quickness. One of the Tim Hortons I prefer in London Ontario
It is 7:15pm and yet I am still waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru just to get a coffee. This is the least well managed establishment I have been to and they cannot seem to keep up with their inside or drive thru customers. I don’t think the employees can handle the volume of customers they receive and they clearly need more staff to keep up. Very disappointed every time I come and try to give another chance
