Just stood in line with 3 other customers. A few staff acknowledged the counter but no one came. I took time out of my lunch break to get an easy meal, but I won't be stopping at this location again.
I have noticed a significant difference in service quality at this Tim Hortons depending on the time of day. In the mornings, when a specific blonde supervisor or manager is working, the restaurant runs much more efficiently. Staff are attentive, orders are taken promptly, and the overall customer experience is much better. However, in the afternoons, especially after around 4:00 PM, the service often becomes extremely slow and disorganized. Waiting at cashier for 5+ minutes, employees walking by, nobody is even asking to help , lol this is funny and definitely the worst Tim Hortons, last time buying anything from here.
