This foreign temporary worker location Routinely forgets to put your meal items in the drive thru requiring you to travel back and wait in line . Slightly cleaner parking lot than average but overall in line with the decline of the franchises coast to coast .Door dash etc orders are even worse . Best to go inside si you can verify.
My parents came through the drive thru, mid afternoon, was not greeted at the window and pretty much had the items rushed out the window to them, the older lady didn’t even acknowledge or say hello to them..my parents are regular customers and we’re not pleased with this experience at all. Speed of service and customer satisfaction go hand in hand..
I went in after a bike ride and it was a very positive atmosphere and I got a cold drink, Dilina was good at doing that fast and was cool
The drinks doesn’t taste right and they put the wrong order all the times
I dont like leaving negative reviews for any business, most of mine are positive but I feel this place needs a shout out. Unfortunately I cannot leave a zero. I parked my vehicle and walked in for a coffee on Wednesday Oct 7 at about 10:45. There was nobody in line in front of me. I stood at the counter for 6 minutes being ignored.
