I had custom order donuts here for my daughter’s 7th birthday, Linda and Lori went above and beyond anything I could imagine. I originally asked for the vanilla dipped donut and if possible to have pink icing. When I went to pick them they had hot pink icing with bunny sprinkles. Some were fully covered in sprinkles and others where only half dipped in sprinkles. The ladies here are always a pleasure to deal with and if you’re ever in need of a donut cake I would 100% recommend them.
My experience at this location was absolutely horrible. Britta was very rude and ignorant to not only me but a group of children a few customers ahead of me. When I asked the manager if I could speak with her I got the run around from everyone and the manager then told me to come back after lunch when I did she was gone.

I’ve always enjoyed visiting this Tim Hortons location, but I’m writing to share an unfortunate experience that occurred today around 10:15 a.m. While the staff member was very kind to the customer in front of me, her attitude toward me was rude from the beginning to the end of the interaction.
