Worst Tims in the city by far
The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to!! Why do you even accept mobile orders if you don’t have the capability to handle it? People order online to avoid the queue; but here they don’t care about the online orders and only care about the people in the drive through!! If that’s the case, why does Tim Hortons promote the Mobile Order by saying “Skip the queue” or something like that?? It’s honestly just frustrating!! Santiago was so nice and friendly. He was very helpful and the customer service I received yesterday was amazing. Thank you again for everything ☺️
This place is always slow, always. Drive thru takes 20-25 mins. No one seems properly trained. They grab the cups by the top of the lid with their bare hands. Did I mention it’s SLOW. You’d think one person was running the whole place. I’m in the drive thru writing this review, I’ve been here for 25 mins.
