I ordered ahead so I could just pick up my order. I waited for about 19 minutes before asking if it was ready only to be told they couldn't make it because the machine wasn't working. They gave me a refund but it looked like they had just cleaned the machine and didnt want to make it. There was no apology. It would have been nice if they had offered something for the inconvenience. I think the store runs much more efficiently during the day with management present.
Visited from out of town on a Saturday morning. Business was steady, the staff were friendly and professional, orders came out perfectly made and the place was kept very clean. The women’s bathroom stalls were clean and overall a wonderful experience!
