I came in (not drive-thru) and ordered a coffee (med DD if that matters) recently. I was ignored by the 2 staff working for 7 minutes (I know, as I was p/u a friend and wanted to see if I'd be on time, or should text her). Once i ordered, I offered to pay with Canadian currency, a $50 bill. The newest one, almost impervious to counterfeiting. "I cannot give you change for that." was what I was told. Dear Owner, Please accept this email as an official complaint about the despicable, uncouth and unprofessional service I received today at around 7:26 pm Tuesday March 24th in the drive thru window. I have been using this TH drive thru for some time now. I usually come around 7:45 am most weekday mornings. Usually I grab and tea and snack on the go. I really like this restaurant, staff are great people service is awesome. It would be a shame if it were to change ownership to foreigners
If there are more stars. I would love to give it. I ordered habanero bowl, and they gave me large quantity and taste was so yummmyyy. If i go to other tims they will give small quantity. Thank you for the service and tasty bowl. I really appreciate that.
