I often visit this Tim Hortons as it’s just 5 minutes from my home. The coffee and atmosphere are always great, and I truly enjoy sitting here with my coffee. However, I had a disappointing experience on August 14th that I believe needs your attention. That day, my wife and I placed our usual order. I asked for a cold brew coffee, some food items including a lime chicken bowl, and a steak sandwich. We recently moved to London from BC, and this has been by far the cleanest location with the friendliest crew we’ve visited here. The team working the afternoon/evening shift on August 23 did an excellent job handling customers and delivering great service. Keep up the great work, Timmy’s team!
