There's an employee that have tattoo sleeves. That's not the part that bugs me. I'm petrifiedof clowns. I will have a melt down and it will bring out my PTSD from childhood. And when brought to the attention of the manager. The managersaid, "There'snothing we can do" sorry. But there is something they can do. Have that person wear a long sleeve shirt. I have tons of tattoos my self. And I bet I'm not the only person petrifiedof clowns
Exteremely rude and unhelpful staff.
Such a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. First of all not the crew members fault, it's the management who does apply enough staff during peak time. I waited over 20 minutes for a DoorDash order, only to be told they couldn’t prepare it because they had too many in-person customers. They said they had to prioritize those in line first.
