Great customer service! Even though the store was busy, I got my order quickly. The staff were friendly and polite.
I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered Timbits and held out my hand to receive them, but instead of handing me the pack, the staff member dropped it on the table and they started to speak in their own language, laughing. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. A simple hand-off would have been more respectful and customer-friendly. Small gestures matter, and this left a negative impression.
