Great food, great service
Dear Tim Hortons Team, I usually have positive experiences at Tim Hortons, but unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing due to poor customer service. I ordered a drink and politely clarified my order, but did not receive a straw. I waited for about five minutes and when I asked for assistance, I was ignored. I had to ask again after another five minutes. Got a coffee and some food. It's timmies so it wasn't the Ritz in quality but it was up to the standards one should expect. But these guys hustle, are consistent and are communicative with their customers.
