Cashier intentionally stole my dime and acted like she gave it back.
Again, disappointed by Slow Hortons. Not only did I wait 10 minutes in the drive thru, at 5am, for just coffees, they gave me the wrong ones. I ordered 3 small black coffees, and was give 3 small regular coffees. Garbage.
Ordered a simple Iced Capp today and received one that was melted. When I inquired, they told me that they must have just cleaned the machine, then she turned to another staff member who confirmed that the machine was just cleaned. (I assume the liquid wasn't frozen yet?) She said she could make me another, but it would be the same. I responded that they should let people know that when they order.
