Weekday staff is awesome, weekend staff needs to be a little quicker and efficient Other than that, this is my home Timmies and sure they mess up sometimes, but they are awesome when asked to fix things. Just you know.. be kind, mistakes happen.
I dine here often with my dad, the workers are super nice and food is always good.
We went to get a cookie at the drive through after an evening out. We thought it would be relatively quick as there wasn't much of a line up. However the staff member was rude and asked us to wait for several minutes at the ordering screen. Once he answered he was quite rude. When we got to the window after 15 minutes they gave the wrong item! The service was terrible and if our experience was typical then I think the manager needs to other train the staff better or fire some of the staff. Not impressed
Been coming for years and whether your grabbing food or coffee at anytime of the day it’s the best service for any time in London or surrounding areas!!
