I ordered a double double through the drive-thru and was given coffee that wasn’t hot. When I politely mentioned it at the window, the staff member just stared at me and made it feel like it was difficult to replace the coffee. The interaction was uncomfortable and the customer service was very disappointing. Definitely not the experience I expect from Tim Hortons.
