Extremely rude staff. They were helping a person with an order and when I asked for a coffee, i was told that they are closed. I had asked the team member for one small cup only and they said they cant do it post closing when they were clearly helping another person with the same. Utterly disgraceful behaviour. I wont be ordering here again
They charge extra for a knife/fork even if you’re buying something, like what is wrong with this Tim Hortons and also for a cup of water? Like all the principles are lost for customer service

Usually when i order a herb and garlic pastry from a Tim, they usually heat it up but when i asked them about heating up my herb and garlic pastry that i got from this place, they told that they didn’t have an oven to heat up. Kindly get this Tim Hortons at Fanshawe a oven to heat up these.
Such. A disgusting experience today i went to store beacuse it opens at 8 and i went at 8.15 but the old lady was so so rude has no manners at all to deal with others. Spoil my whole day i used to eat and drink daily here but from now i will never go back doesn’t matter how hungry i will be. Should change employees
