Disgusting customer service think like they are giving out free drinks I just left my 20 bucks prepare order after paying as it was so terrible to take the order.
Today before my 2PM class I ordered a medium caramel iced coffee. When I got my coffee the cup was filled a little more than half way full. I gave the coffee back to the lady and kindly asked if she could add more coffee into the cup as the cup is not full. She gave me more ice and handed my cup back with an attitude and said nothing to me. Truly a waste of money and a horrible solution to the problem.
Extremely unreasonably slow. Entered the line at 8:38 and by 9:00 they were still unable to handle everyone. The line was normal length, and they’d go 5 minutes without handling someone. 1/10, don’t go here especially on a time schedule.
Can't do the basic act of following changes of orders. Loves to put egg on orders that specially ask for no eggs, thanks for having people waste money. Making good coffee is very rare.
